Privacy Policy
How CoDesign collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use our creative tools and services.
Effective July 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies when you visit codesign.club, create a CoDesign account, use our creative tools, contact us, or purchase a subscription or lifetime plan.
CoDesign is designed for creators, including designers, developers, video professionals, and people using AI-assisted workflows to build digital products. This policy explains the information involved in those workflows and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use CoDesign, and limited information from services that help us operate the platform.
- Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, and the identity provider you use to sign in through Google, Apple, or X.
- Creative Content, such as images, videos, prompts, presets, project settings, source materials, and outputs that you upload, create, save, process, or export.
- Usage and technical information, such as the tools and features you use, export settings, browser and device information, IP address, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and security events.
- Billing information, such as your selected plan, subscription status, transaction references, and customer identifiers. Payments are processed by PayPal, and CoDesign does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
- Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, and reports of suspected misuse.
How we use information
We use information only for legitimate product, business, security, and legal purposes.
- Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve CoDesign tools, projects, exports, presets, and account features.
- Authenticate users, maintain sessions, and keep Free, Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime entitlements synchronized across tools.
- Process purchases, renewals, cancellations, billing support, and fraud prevention.
- Diagnose errors, measure product performance, understand feature usage, and develop new tools.
- Respond to support requests, send service notices, and communicate material changes to our services or policies.
- Protect CoDesign, our users, and others; enforce our Terms of Service; and comply with applicable law.
Creative Content and ownership
You retain ownership of the Creative Content you submit to CoDesign and of your rights in eligible outputs. You give CoDesign a limited permission to host, copy, transmit, transform, and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services you request.
We do not make private Creative Content public unless you choose to share or publish it. We may use aggregated or de-identified usage information that does not reasonably identify you or reveal your Creative Content to understand and improve CoDesign.
AI and external processing
Some CoDesign tools may rely on third-party infrastructure, media-processing services, or AI model providers. When a requested feature needs that processing, the relevant input may be transmitted to the provider for the limited purpose of returning the requested result.
Where practical, we will identify material third-party processing in the relevant tool or notice. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential material, or content you are not authorized to process.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information or rent it for targeted advertising. We may share information with service providers that help us run CoDesign, including Supabase for authentication and data services, PayPal for checkout, payment, refunds, disputes, and fraud prevention, hosting and security providers, OAuth providers you choose, and processors required by a tool you use.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Any successor must handle personal information consistently with applicable law.
Cookies and local storage
CoDesign uses cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, security, language and theme preferences, checkout continuity, and essential product functions. We may also use limited analytics to understand service performance. You can control browser storage through your browser, but blocking essential storage may prevent account or tool features from working.
Data retention
We retain account information and Creative Content while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, complete transactions, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
Retention periods vary by data type. We may retain de-identified information and records that law requires us to keep. When deletion is permitted and requested, information may remain for a limited time in backups before being removed through our normal retention cycle.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account and connected identity-provider credentials secure and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
International data transfers
CoDesign and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and apply the protections required by applicable data-protection law.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a privacy decision. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.
To make a request, contact legal@codesign.club from the email associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request, and legal exceptions may apply.
Children's privacy
CoDesign is not directed to children under 13, and you must be old enough to consent to online services in your jurisdiction. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use CoDesign only with that consent. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without proper authorization.
Third-party services
CoDesign may link to or integrate with third-party websites, identity providers, payment services, libraries, or APIs. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information to a third party.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as CoDesign evolves or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to legal@codesign.club.
