Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required where you live. You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Google, Apple, X, or other connected sign-in method secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for the registered user and may not be sold, shared broadly, or transferred without our permission. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

CoDesign offers Free, Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime access. Features and limits shown on the pricing or PayPal checkout page form part of these Terms.

• Free has no time limit and requires no credit card. It provides access to the basic features in current and future tools for personal, non-commercial use, with standard exports up to 1080p or 1× and no source-code downloads.
• Monthly is currently displayed at $39 per month and is billed monthly. It includes commercial usage rights, supported source-code downloads, 4K exports, and premium features.
• Yearly is currently displayed as the equivalent of $16 per month and is charged annually. It includes the same paid product access as Monthly.
• Lifetime is currently a one-time $299 purchase with limited availability. It provides the included paid features for as long as CoDesign continues to offer the applicable services, subject to these Terms.

PayPal processes CoDesign checkout, payment, subscription management, and approved refunds. You authorize the charges shown at checkout. CoDesign does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically for the same billing period unless you cancel before renewal through your PayPal account. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain paid access until then. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Prices may change for future purchases or renewals. We will provide notice when required by applicable law.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated below, all CoDesign purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for unused time within a Monthly or Yearly billing period. The Free plan does not involve payment and is not eligible for refunds.

Lifetime purchases are non-refundable once Lifetime access has been activated. Canceling a subscription does not refund the current billing period; it only prevents the next renewal.

We may review refund requests involving the following exceptional circumstances:

• The same order was charged more than once.
• The amount charged differs from the amount displayed at checkout.
• Payment succeeded, but the purchased access was not delivered and could not be restored within a reasonable period.
• The payment was unauthorized, subject to verification and the rules of the payment provider.
• A refund is required by applicable law.

To request a review, contact support@codesign.club with your account email, order number, payment date, and a description of the issue. Submit the request as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the charge. A request does not guarantee approval.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through PayPal. Processing and posting times depend on PayPal and your financial institution. Mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law are not limited by this policy.

Subject to these Terms and your plan, CoDesign grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use the services. CoDesign and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, tools, interfaces, templates, systems, and technology that are not expressly granted to you.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, create, or submit. You grant CoDesign and its service providers a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the services you request.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for your inputs and that your use of CoDesign will not violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.

Free outputs are licensed only for personal, non-commercial use. Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans include commercial usage rights for eligible outputs created or exported while paid access is active, subject to these Terms and any tool-specific notice.

Commercial rights for an eligible output created during an active paid period continue after a subscription ends. They do not grant rights in third-party assets, brands, people, fonts, music, models, or other materials you do not own, and they do not guarantee that an output is unique or free from third-party claims.

Where a paid tool supports source-code export, you may use and modify the downloaded code in your own personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or sublicense substantially unchanged exported code as a standalone template, library, stock asset, or competing tool unless CoDesign expressly permits it.

Some tools may use automated or AI-assisted processing. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to results provided to others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, testing code, checking licenses and factual accuracy, and deciding whether an output is appropriate for your intended use.

Do not rely on CoDesign output as legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice.

You may not misuse CoDesign or help anyone else do so.

• Do not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or privacy-invasive activity.
• Do not upload malware, disrupt the service, bypass security or plan limits, probe systems without permission, or interfere with another user.
• Do not infringe intellectual-property or other rights, impersonate others, or submit content you are not authorized to process.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, resell access, automate abusive requests, or use CoDesign to build a substantially competing service except where applicable law expressly permits the activity.
• Do not use outputs in high-risk systems where failure could reasonably cause death, personal injury, or significant property or environmental damage.

CoDesign may depend on third-party identity, payment, hosting, media-processing, AI, library, and API providers. Their services may have separate terms, licenses, and privacy policies. CoDesign is not responsible for third-party products or for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow CoDesign to use them without restriction or compensation, while respecting any personal information included in the feedback under our Privacy Policy.

You may stop using CoDesign at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or misuse the services. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

After termination, your right to use the services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, commercial licenses already granted for eligible outputs, disclaimers, and liability limits—will continue to apply.

CoDesign is an evolving collection of creative tools. We may add, change, replace, limit, or discontinue features to improve the service, address security or legal issues, or respond to third-party changes. We do not guarantee that every tool or feature will remain available forever.

Lifetime means access for the operating lifetime of the applicable CoDesign service, not the lifetime of an individual user and not a guarantee that a specific feature will be maintained indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoDesign is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage, specific creative or commercial results, or that outputs will satisfy every legal, technical, platform, or licensing requirement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoDesign and its operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, CoDesign's aggregate liability relating to the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to CoDesign during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. This limit does not apply where prohibited by law.

Before starting formal proceedings, contact legal@codesign.club and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the CoDesign operating entity, excluding conflict-of-law rules, while preserving mandatory consumer protections and venue rights that apply where you live.

We may update these Terms as the services, plans, or law change. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use CoDesign after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.
